UIST is focussed on tokenization and digital asset adoption. We work with leading banks, corporations, asset managers, and exchanges. More broadly, we advise on digital asset primary issuance, secondary market liquidity, applicable regulation, investment strategy, and legal structures required to deliver product to market in a compliant way.

Team

Angus O'Callaghan
Angus brings over 15 years' experience from Tier 1 financial institutions - Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank and London Stock Exchange, focusing on revenue optimization within Equities, Foreign Exchange, Real Estate and Emerging Technologies.
Angus was head of innovation for a multibillion $ private equity fund with a primary focus on real estate and tokenization. Prior to this he led business development for digital securities and tokenization at Emaar Properties, where the team developed a real-estate backed digital security program with the world's first blockchain-based corporate digital currency.
Previously, he worked at Deutsche Bank in Corporate Development with a focus on Digital Assets and Blockchain; and in the Equity Trading Division where he was Head of dbHUB for Europe. At Morgan Stanley and Refinitiv he held various roles in Sales and Trading together with Relationship Management, across Equities and FX.
Angus holds a Masters in Economics from The University of Glasgow.

Toby Lewis
Toby Lewis is founder and CEO of Novum Insights a frontier technology market monitoring company, a repeat entrepreneur, and well known analyst in the fields of blockchain, artificial intelligence, robotics, fintech and venture capital.
He was one of the co-founders of venture capital analyst company Global Corporate Venturing, where he led both the analytics team and its editorial efforts. Lewis has written regularly for the Wall Street Journal.
Lewis has spoken at numerous international technology conferences including Blockchain for Humanity, which took place during the World Economic Forum, Global Technology Symposium, South Summit, White Bull, Tech Tour and Global Corporate Venturing.

Erin Grover
Erin Grover is the co-founder of Altai Digital Capital, which connects investors to blockchain based hedge funds and traders. The company provides guidance, transparency and reassurance typically found in traditional investment firms, affording clients easy access to the investment potential of cryptocurrency.
She is a brand ambassador for Icoinic, the first Digital Asset Fund of The Netherlands that also includes algorithmic trading. Icoinic manages to combine experienced traditional traders with young crypto specialists and developers with knowledge in all topics relating to investment in and trading of crypto assets. This unique composition of experts from various fields provides Icoinic with a competitive advantage in this young but vibrant market.
She is an advisor for the AKASHA Innovation Hub in Dublin which provides on‐the‐ground incubation and acceleration for projects at various stages, whether for early startups still working on an idea or companies plotting their investor pitches, or go‐to‐ market strategies.
Prior to her work in blockchain, she worked for the United Nations, USAID and other international NGOs as a content producer and media strategist. Her previous work has been featured in The New York Times, The Washington Post, Time Magazine, Gizmodo, TechCrunch, Mashable, The Times of India and more.

Aldin Ademović
Aldin Ademović has been advising organisations on best-in-class implementations of Machine Learning and Big Data, having worked with FI’s (HSBC, Santander, BBVA) to generate market opportunities for their front line teams by strategically using semantic analysis and correlation of internal and external data sources to reveal revenue generating opportunities that would otherwise have been missed.
Aldin founded Axin Advisors that specialises in helping Blockchain organisations with their adoption strategies, guiding them through the world of Blockchain and helping them with structuring their governance (DAO models) and Tokenomics for optimal Go To Market execution.
He is the director of a London-based Think Tank that helps governments and businesses of Frontier and Emerging Markets with advancement strategies leveraging technology, behavioural science, political and economical tactics to streamline and accelerate growth.

Sean Costello
Sean brings over 25 years of experience from Tier 1 institutions – PwC, Deloitte, BDO and GT - where he focused on building business within the UK and the Middle East.
He was head of business development and marketing at PwC Middle East, before setting up the representative office for Jersey Finance in Abu Dhabi. Bank deposits from the UAE to Jersey rose exponentially, while Sean promoted the island’s offerings for strategic private wealth.
He developed a rich seam of contacts across institutions and Family Offices in the Gulf and London, which led Sean to set up Synapse Global, an advisory and investor relations business, in 2014. His clients include block chain tech cos and Real Estate Funds, seeking to tokenise their assets. Sean has leveraged his network to run a large number of capital-raising roadshows to
the Gulf for his clients.
Sean holds a Masters in Legal and Political Theory from University College, London and is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Brian Elders
With a long track record as a leader in international financial and professional services, based in Ireland, Poland, Hungary, Singapore, and Hong Kong, Brian has a degree in Business and Law and qualifications in accounting, treasury, and quant finance. He is a great believer in innovation and passionate about the impact blockchain and digital assets can have in global finance.
Outside work Brian has a great little family and, if there is any time let in the day, he indulges in watching and playing all sorts of sports as diverse as soccer, darts, skiing, and marathons.
